Our employees have the opportunity to learn from the people in the business – supportive leaders and colleagues who share their industry, technical and functional expertise. A mentoring relationship is another way to develop our employees professionally apart from training courses, practical experience and formal feedback programs.
There are broadly two categories of training modules imparted to our employees:
Induction Training / Orientation- The purpose of conducting induction for new employees is to make the employees familiar with the organization. All newly recruited employees will go through a formal induction training program, which shall be coordinated by the HRD. This program is to familiarize employees with the Company, its employees and other work related facilities.
Departmental / Subject-matter training- Throughout a career at the company, an employee can develop skills and capabilities based on your interests and talents. It starts with new joinee orientation and our core curriculum, which provides an introduction to the company and help develop basic skills for success. As the employee progresses in his/her career, we help the employee expand his/her knowledge and skills through formal development programs.
We have regional centres as well as virtual centres for training and development as part of our network for training.
